More people become interested in healthy eating, as a way to lose weight, feel more energy and stay healthy. That is logical now that more is known about the effects of nutrition on your body, your weight and your energy .
By eating delicious, healthy, you feel fitter, you stay healthier and you activate your fat burning so that you lose weight. This way of tasty, healthy food is called Clean Eating , or clean food.
Clean Eating is a way of eating where you eat natural, fresh, seasonal products , preferably organic. Many people intuitively feel that this is better than prepared food from packages. If you start with Clean Eating you will feel completely different after a few days.
It is important that you eat in balance and ensure that you get all the nutrients. So the right carbohydrates, proteins, fats in combination with enough vitamins and minerals. Everyone can learn it and we can help you with that. It is easy, even if you can not cook :-).

The great advantage of Clean Eating is that you activate fat burning in a healthy way without hunger . And not only that, after a short time you can also overcome your sugar addiction. That way you give your total health a huge boost!
You choose as many products as possible where no preservatives and flavor enhancers have been added. By this way of eating you will look good, you will get energy and you will fit in your clothes again .
I do not count in calories counting because your body does not process all the calories in the same way. It is much more about the right products in the right combinations, then it is also feasible for you to lose weight. The results can vary per person and depend on your situation and commitment.
“I already eat reasonably healthy”
Probably now you think “I already eat reasonably healthy”. I often experience that. When I look at the food diaries I see that many people who want to live healthy still opt for Activia, Optimel, cornflakes, yogurt, cruesli, granola bars and for example too much fruit. Not to mention cola light and other light products.
The problem is that you unnecessarily get a lot of sugars, wrong fats and unhealthy odors, colors and flavors and not enough real nutrients. The effect of many e-numbers in factory products is not yet fully known, but they may upset your metabolism and stimulate fat storage. This makes you become fat and tired unnoticed. Clean Eating offers a tasty and healthier alternative.
You quickly get too many sugars inside
Most people get far too many sugars through an unbalanced diet with a lot of factory food, bread and pasta. This allows you to continuously activate your fat storage and gradually create a lot of fat in the wrong places.
Scientists believe that sugars are the biggest cause of serious conditions such as Alzheimer’s, depressions, mood swings, ADHD, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid problems, rapid aging and diabetes 2.
All these conditions lead to medication use with often serious side effects. While you can do a lot yourself by eating Clean!
What can you all eat in the Clean Eating Method?
The Clean Eating Method includes the following food products:
The Right Protein
Good proteins can be found in organic eggs, raw nuts, seeds and kernels (unroasted and unsalted), fish, shellfish, legumes, dark leafy vegetables, quinoa and lean white meat such as organic turkey and chicken breasts.
Be moderate with dairy or avoid this altogether. Your body has difficulty digesting dairy, which can cause intestinal problems. Milk can also cause mucus formation around your organs. Also avoid the special protein shakes for losing weight.
These shakes always contain artificial additives for smell, color and taste and that makes you indirectly thick. There is much more to tell about proteins.
Many people still assume that you get fat from, for example, avocados. That is a misunderstanding, you will become fat with wheat products and sugar and the like. Your body needs fats. Including for your skin and the functioning of your brain.
Preferably choose unsaturated fats, as much vegetable as possible. Use coconut oil to bake, make salads with olive oil, eat avocados, nuts, seeds and seeds.
If you are not a vegetarian, be moderately red meat, which contains a lot of saturated fat. Preferably take white meat, such as chicken.
A little bit about vegetable fats, something difficult is going on with that. Because vegetable fats sound good, but they are not all healthy. Healthy olive oil and coconut oil are cold pressed. But beware of, for example, sunflower oil, soya oil and the margarines . Those are just unhealthy because there is far too much omega-6 in it, which activate inflammation.
Choose, as far as your fats are concerned, as natural as possible. Every day half avocado and a handful of nuts is fine for example!
Healthy carbohydrates can be found in fresh vegetables, fruit, oatmeal, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth. Take as many fresh organic products as possible. Avoid eating wheat products, such as bread and pasta. The modern modified wheat could well be the biggest cause of obesity and diseases such as diabetes. This is shown, among other things, in Dr. Davis, as described in his excellent book Wheat Belly.
Take 1 or 2 pieces of fruit per day and at least 300 grams of fresh vegetables of the season .
With fresh vegetables it is best to take uncut vegetables. The pre-cut vegetables in the supermarket’s refrigeration compartments contain far fewer nutrients. Very healthy are the so-called cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, spinach, cabbage and watercress .
What is not covered by Clean Eating?
Some products seem healthy, but are not covered by Clean Eating because they contain a relatively high amount of sugar, such as cornflakes, cruesli and Activia. All kinds of dairy products with fruit flavors also contain too much sugar, too much fat and often also preservatives.
Cookies and other sweets are dropped because of the sugar and fat content, but also because of the trans fats that have been incorporated. These are artificial fats that are very unhealthy for your heart and blood vessels.
In The Right Relationship
It is important that you choose healthy products. Then you make sure you eat it in the right proportions. If you want to lose weight and stay on weight I advise you to keep these percentages on average over a day: 25% protein, 35% carbohydrate, 40% fat.
